Rogers Behavioral Health seeks an Experiential Therapist I to develop, plan, implement and evaluate experiential therapy programming in psychiatric settings. The role requires working knowledge of psychosocial functioning of patient groups and application of expressive activities, including adventure-based and environmental activities, arts, music, and more.

• BS/BA in art, music, dance, recreation or other therapies required.
• A Master’s degree in these areas is preferred.
• Certification/registration through appropriate credentialing board preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Utilizes recreational activities to aid patients/residents to learn recovery skills.
• Provides individualized treatment within a group setting.
• Awareness of CBT and DBT skills.
