Job summary

MONO is seeking a Creative Technologist with 3+ years of experience to join our innovation team. You'll sit at the intersection of imagination and execution—bridging creative concepts with technical delivery to prototype experiential activations and integrate AI tools.

This hybrid role requires hands‑on development and collaboration with art directors, designers, strategists, and account teams to turn bold ideas into working digital, interactive, or physical experiences, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in creative technology, workflow automation, or AI/ML tools, preferably in an agency setting
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
• Strong understanding of LLMs, generative AI models, and their practical applications within creative workflows
• Proficiency with IDEs, Git repositories, and CI/CD pipelines
• Broad technology knowledge across cloud hosting, collaboration tools, and the Stagwell tool ecosystem
• Bonus: Experience with Adobe Developer APIs, Firefly Services APIs, or Adobe Experience Platform

Responsibilities

• Rapid Prototyping & Pitch Support: Build functional mockups, proof-of-concepts, and interactive demos to validate creative ideas before client presentations or production
• Creative Collaboration & Thought Leadership: Partner with Art Directors, Designers, Copywriters, Strategists and Account Teams to translate visions into tangible experiences and champion emerging tech
• Technical Feasibility & Integration: Assess concepts for feasibility and connect frontends with APIs, data streams, and AI models to build dynamic experiences
• Production Oversight & Quality Assurance: Package prototypes, document logic, and oversee external builds to honor original creative intent
