Job summary

MATTE Projects seeks a Creative Technologist who blends creative craft with technical execution. You’ll own AI-enabled workflows, prototype new concepts, and manage client-facing digital builds. You’ll also supervise MATTE’s website, ensuring design integrity, performance, and scalable systems.

The role sits at the crossroads of creativity and production, requiring strong Figma/Adobe skills, frontend knowledge, and a builder’s mindset to ship impactful digital experiences.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in creative technology or hybrid role.
• Strong portfolio across digital design and interactive work.
• Hands-on AI tool implementation in creative contexts.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Frontend basics: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Webflow, Framer.
• CMS experience and managing website content.
• Solid understanding of responsive design and production workflows.
• Ability to translate creative vision into technical execution.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, implement, and rollout AI-enabled tools and workflows.
• Prototype interactive, generative, web-based or experiential concepts.
• Own MATTE's website from brief through launch and QA.
• Collaborate with designers and developers to realize ideas.
• Develop scalable creative systems, templates, and workflows.
• Maintain Figma libraries and reusable components.
