Job summary

Pixel Events is seeking a Sponsor Activation & Logistics Manager to join our Sponsor Operations team. You’ll support planning, production, and execution of sponsor activations and exhibit logistics across Pixel’s event portfolio, translating activation concepts into production plans and coordinating with multiple service providers.

Qualifications

• Experience in event production, experiential marketing, exhibits, or another hands-on logistics role.
• Familiar with print, signage, fabrication, rentals, production materials, measurements, and basic installation methods.
• Resourceful, visually minded, and able to work hands-on during preparation, installation, and teardown.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple activations, vendors, orders, budgets, and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Translate sponsor activation concepts into practical production plans, including sourcing, budgets, timelines, assembly, and on-site execution.
• Source activation components from online retailers, specialty suppliers, rental companies, print vendors, and fabricators.
• Coordinate with print, fabrication, rental, installation, catering, furniture, and other event service providers from concept through execution.
• Support hands-on assembly, styling, installation, troubleshooting, and teardown of sponsor activations.
• Manage back-end operations of Exhibitor Add-On Form including order audits, refunds, cancellations, and service breakdowns by category.
• Communicate with sponsors regarding Exhibitor Form discrepancies, cancellations, and refund confirmations.
• Support Senior Sponsor Operations Manager with coordination and execution of exhibitor add-on services (furniture, catering, power, internet, cleaning).
