Job summary

Slate is seeking an Experiential Operations Coordinator to join our events team. The role oversees event technology, staffing, lead generation, and vehicle asset coordination, with up to 60% travel and a hybrid work model.

The candidate will manage logistics, vendor relationships, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-quality brand experiences across automotive events in the United States.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–4 years in experiential marketing, event operations, or related field with strong PM responsibilities.
• Experience managing multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and support experiential events aligned with business objectives.
• Lead operational planning including logistics, timelines, budgets, and contracts.
• Oversee staffing strategy, sourcing, onboarding, and training event staff.
• Own lead generation strategy and related technology infrastructure.
• Manage vehicle logistics, asset inventory, and warehousing operations.
• Coordinate travel logistics and group travel needs.
• Collaborate across Marketing, Product, Commercial, Creative, and Customer teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Develop and implement event safety procedures and incident reporting.
