Job summary

Aquent is seeking a contract Experiential Producer to lead creation and delivery of content for large-format screens at upcoming events. You will own projects from brief to show call, coordinating creative teams, technical crews, and outside agencies to ensure screens look perfect in the room and studio.

You will translate direction into production plans, manage schedules, review agency work, and work with AV partners and venues to ensure flawless execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience producing live events, broadcast, or experiential content.
• Proven experience creating or producing content for large-format screens (LED walls, multi-screen).
• Strong knowledge of tech specs like resolution, aspect ratios, frame rates, codecs, color spaces, and media server workflows.
• Deep understanding of production timelines from pre-prod to show.
• Hands-on with external agencies and vendors; able to ramp up quickly.

Responsibilities

• Produce screen content for live events, including stage visuals and LED walls.
• Translate creative direction into clear production plans, specs, and deliverables.
• Build and manage production schedules with event dates and milestones.
• Manage relationships with agencies, production and AV partners.
• Review agency work and provide actionable feedback for quality and brand consistency.
• Coordinate with technical directors and venue teams on specs, playback systems, and color workflows.
• Run content reviews, tech rehearsals, and on-site show calls.
• Track budgets, vendor quotes, and change requests; flag risks early.
• Keep asset delivery organized and document handoff notes for contract end.
