Job description

We’re looking for a contract Experiential Producer to lead the creation and delivery of content for large-format screens at upcoming events. You’ll own projects from the first creative brief to the final show call. That includes keynote stages, LED walls, immersive environments, and multi-screen installations. You’ll connect creative teams, technical crews, and outside agencies, and make sure what’s on screen looks as good in the room as it did in the studio. This is a hands-on role for someone who can start quickly, take over active workstreams, and deliver without a long ramp-up.

What You’ll Do
  • Produce screen content for live events, including stage visuals, video walls, projection, and experiential installations
  • Translate creative direction into clear production plans, specs, and deliverables
  • Build and manage production schedules, working backward from event dates and keeping every team to the milestones
  • Manage relationships with creative, production, and AV agencies, from briefing and scoping through review and delivery
  • Review agency work and give clear, actionable feedback to keep quality and the brand consistent
  • Work with technical directors, AV vendors, and venue teams to confirm screen resolutions, aspect ratios, frame rates, color workflows, and playback systems
  • Run content reviews, tech rehearsals, and on-site show calls
  • Track budgets, vendor quotes, and change requests, and flag risks early
  • Keep file naming, version control, and final asset delivery organized
  • Document processes, specs, and handoff notes so the team can pick up smoothly when the contract ends
Required
  • 5+ years of experience producing live events, broadcast, or experiential content
  • Proven experience creating or producing content for large-format screens (LED walls, multi-screen or non-standard canvases)
  • Strong working knowledge of technical specs, such as resolution and pixel mapping, aspect ratios, frame rates, codecs, color spaces, and media server workflows
  • Deep understanding of production timelines, including pre-production, content lock, tech rehearsal, load-in, and show
  • Hands-on experience working with external agencies and vendors, including creative studios, production companies, and AV partners
  • Ability to work independently and ramp up quickly
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage many workstreams at once
  • Calm, solution-oriented approach under live-event pressure
  • Availability for the full contract term, with willingness to travel and work extended hours around event dates
Preferred
  • Familiarity with playback and media server platforms (e.g., Pixotope, Disguise, Watchout, Resolume)
  • Familiarity with motion graphics or video production workflows (e.g., After Effects, Premiere, Cinema 4D) sufficient to review and QC work
  • Background in both in-person and hybrid or streamed events
  • Prior contract or freelance experience in a fast-moving team
