Job summary

Pixi Beauty is seeking a Marketing Coordinator in Los Angeles for on-site support of marketing initiatives and dynamic events. You will help plan, execute and optimize influencer activations, press outreach and experiential campaigns to bring the Pixi brand to life.

The role collaborates with marketing, PR and digital teams, managing guest lists, budgets and vendor coordination to ensure flawless events and strong brand storytelling across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in marketing, brand management or event coordination (beauty, fashion or lifestyle industry preferred).

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute events from concept through completion.
• Support relationships with influencers, content creators and agencies.
• Work closely with marketing, PR, and digital teams to maximize event impact.
• Research, source and manage venues, vendors and partners.
• Build, maintain and update guest lists for press, influencers and VIPs.
• Manage timelines, budgets, permits, rentals, staffing and transportation.
• Act as the main point of contact at events and oversee setup and breakdown.
• Propose new event formats and creative concepts.
• Coordinate pre and post-event communications, content and press.
• Deliver high-level recaps within 24 hours and full reports within one week.
• Represent Pixi as a brand ambassador across touchpoints.
• Assist with presentations, reports and creative brainstorming.
