Job summary

Pixi Beauty is seeking an Events & Creator Partnerships Manager in Los Angeles to lead planning and execution of brand events, creator collaborations and social commerce initiatives. You will manage relationships with TikTok Shop, ShopMy and influencers, coordinate with brand, content and digital teams, and partner with external vendors to deliver high-impact experiences.

Qualifications

• : 5+ years of experience in events, influencer marketing or digital/social commerce, preferably within beauty or lifestyle.
• Proven ability to manage complex events, creator partnerships and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with TikTok Shop, ShopMy and influencer-first strategies.
• Excellent project management and communication.
• Strong organizational and negotiation skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work both strategically and hands-on in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for the Pixi brand and a strong interest in social commerce and the creator economy.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the global event team to align calendars and share best practices.
• Lead the planning and execution of brand events from concept through to execution.
• Manage the event calendar to maximize opportunities and visibility across teams.
• Maintain and update event guidelines for consistency across markets.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align regional and global priorities.
