Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Advertising, or Public Relations (or equivalent).
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in marketing, specialty leasing, or sponsorship/brand partnerships.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue specialty leasing opportunities at assigned properties.
• Coordinate license agreements, terms, fees, and renewals under guidance.
• Support on-site activation, advertising, sponsorships, and brand partnerships programs.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and marketing materials for new business development.
• Track activation performance, lead status, and sponsor deliverables for reporting.
