Job summary

Kimco Realty Corp. is seeking an entry- to early-career Specialty Leasing & Brand Partnerships Associate to support leasing, sponsorship, and brand partnership activity at an assigned Lifestyle Collection property.

This role focuses on day-to-day execution, including lead intake and follow-up, deal coordination, tenant marketing program support, activation fulfillment, and reporting under the guidance of the Specialty Leasing & Brand Partnerships team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Advertising, or Public Relations, or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in marketing, specialty leasing, or sponsorship/brand partnerships.
• Interest in negotiation and relationship management with tenants, vendors, and brand partners.
• Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills; ability to multitask under tight deadlines.
• Willingness to work evenings/weekends and occasional travel to other properties.

Responsibilities

• Identify and follow up on specialty leasing opportunities at the assigned property; coordinate lead intake and follow-ups.
• Support license agreement admin by tracking terms, fees, and renewal dates.
• Coordinate onboarding for specialty tenants including permits, insurance, signage, and vendor setup.
• Maintain records related to agreements, billing, leads, and renewals.
