Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Advertising, or PR (or equivalent).
• 1–3 years in commercial real estate marketing, specialty leasing, or sponsorship/brand partnerships.
• Interest in negotiation and relationship-management with tenants, vendors, and brand partners.
• Working knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with guidance.
• Flexibility to work evenings/weekends and travel to other Lifestyle Collection properties.
• Embraces a technology-forward mindset with curiosity for AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify and follow up on specialty leasing opportunities at the assigned property.
• Log and organize inbound leads, confirm site fit, capture activation requirements, and route prospects for follow-up.
• Assist license agreement administration by tracking terms, fees, renewals, and ensuring contractual compliance.
• Coordinate onboarding for specialty tenants, including permits, certificates of insurance, signage, and vendor setup.
• Support sponsorships, brand partnerships, and tenant-paid advertising programs.
• Coordinate logistics for events, activations, and temporary installations.
• Support reporting by collecting performance materials and tracking activation metrics.
