This entry- to early-career role focuses on day-to-day execution—lead intake, deal coordination, tenant-paid marketing, activation fulfillment, and reporting under guidance from senior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Advertising, or PR, or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in commercial real estate marketing, specialty leasing, or sponsorships.
• Interest in negotiation and relationship management with tenants, vendors, and brand partners.
• Working knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Flexibility to work evenings/weekends and occasional travel.
• Technology-forward mindset with curiosity for AI and new tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the identification and follow-up of specialty leasing opportunities at the assigned property.
• Respond to inquiries, log leads, confirm site fit, and route prospects to team members.
• Assist license agreement administration by tracking terms and renewal dates.
• Coordinate onboarding and operational requirements for specialty tenants (permits, insurance, signage).
• Maintain records related to agreements, billing, sales reporting, renewals.
