Job summary

DERSE INC is seeking an Account Manager to support the assigned Account team and manage day-to-day tactical execution for various clients within our Las Vegas area office.

You will drive client relations, help develop new business within existing programs, and coordinate across departments to ensure on-time delivery of experiential marketing projects. This role requires travel to client shows and events as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Associate degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• 3-5 years Account Management experience; tradeshow / event industry preferred.
• Advanced in Microsoft Office applications; proven ability in report generation and data mining.
• Flexible and able to work necessary hours in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
• Strong customer service & conflict resolution skills with ability to multi-task.
• Ability to travel and support field installations.

Responsibilities

• Support assigned Account team and manage day-to-day tactical execution for clients.
• Develop new business within current client programs with Account Executive.
• Prepare job order documents and associated correspondence for accounts.
• Monitor production to ensure objectives are on time and within budget.
• Review change orders to ensure costs align with contracts and budgets.
• Assist in preparation of proposals and cost estimates for projects.
