Job summary

Oberlin College is seeking an Experiential Learning Programs Coordinator/Manager to provide educational, administrative, financial, and logistical support for Winter Term programs, Study Away, and International Programs. This full-time, temporary role reports to the Director of Winter Term, Study Away and International Programs and the Dean of Arts & Sciences.

The position supports the Office of Winter Term, Office of Study Away, and Center for Engaged Liberal Arts in aligning immersive learning

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree is required.
Experience with basic financial management.
Experience establishing relationships across multiple dimensions of diversity.
Ability to navigate campus-community partnerships ethically and responsibly.
Experience with student development in higher education.

Responsibilities

Provide educational, administrative, financial, and logistical support for Winter Term programs, Study Away, and International Programs.
Coordinate the proposal, application, and grant processes for Winter Term and related programs.
Support the Office of Winter Term, Office of Study Away and Center for Engaged Liberal Arts in program development and student reflection.
Build and maintain partnerships across campus and with external organizations to enrich experiential learning experiences.
