Job summary

Missouri Botanical Garden seeks a Coordinator, Experiential Learning to implement and coordinate student-focused programming across MBG sites. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; education in Education, Environmental Education, Ecology, Youth Development, Outdoor Education, or related field preferred.
• Equivalent combination of skills, education, and experience may be considered.
• Experience with youth development or experiential learning; mentorship or facilitation experience preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office 365 and digital collaboration tools; ability to track participation and data.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver experiential learning opportunities for high school and college students across Garden sites.
• Coordinate internships, job shadowing, and career exploration experiences aligning with MBG mission.
• Mentor participants and support MBG staff working with student programs.
• Facilitate learning experiences across internships, fellowships, field experiences, and career summit events.
• Assist in planning and delivering workshops and trainings; support program logistics and materials.
