Job summary

Common Purpose is hiring a Learning Facilitator & Client Consultant to design and deliver experiential learning with clients across the UK and abroad. The role blends facilitation, design thinking and consultancy to turn learning experiences into observable organisational impact.

The position is home-based in the UK with travel, offering a fully flexible working environment, 25 days leave plus Christmas days, and an Employee Assistance Programme. Salary £38,000-£43,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent written English, oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident facilitating in person and online.
• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team.
• Willingness to travel within the UK and globally for programme delivery.

Responsibilities

• Understand client learning needs and translate into meaningful experiences.
• Contribute to learning design and proposals, shaping journeys and objectives.
• Design and curate learning experiences with impactful ideas and contributors.
• Source contributors and brief them effectively for before, during and after programmes.
• Contribute confidently to client pitches and explain experiential learning benefits.
• Facilitate Common Purpose programmes both in person and online.
• Create conditions for experiential learning, balancing safety, challenge and curiosity.
• Bring learning to life through questioning, discussion, activities and reflection.
• Read the room and adapt pace, questions and approach as needed.
• Prepare and improve delivery, share learnings with colleagues.
