Job summary

Great Performances is seeking a creative Amenity Manager to develop programming and experiences across our corporate, café, retail, and amenity locations in New York.

You will collaborate with culinary, operations, marketing, and design teams to bring concepts from idea to execution, travel between NYC locations, and build engaging activations that showcase our hospitality and food expertise.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in hospitality, food and beverage, culinary programming, events, experiential programming, marketing, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of food trends, seasonality, guest experience, and hospitality operations.
• Demonstrated experience developing food-focused programs, events, activations, or guest experiences from concept through execution.
• Experience collaborating with chefs, culinary teams, operations teams, and other cross-functional partners.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple programs, timelines, budgets, and locations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on and comfortable supporting tastings, launches, events, and onsite execution.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Responsibilities may evolve based on the needs of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual and monthly programming calendars for client-facing events, experiences, and activations.
• Create food festivals, pop-ups, tastings, chef collaborations, restaurant partnerships, wellness programs, seasonal activations, and cultural food experiences.
• Stay current on emerging food trends and translate them into programming.
• Develop concepts tailored to the audience, space, and operational needs of each location.
• Work with chefs, managers, and operational teams to bring programs from concept through onsite execution.
• Partner with culinary and commissary teams on menus, sourcing, quantities, production, packaging, equipment, and logistics.
• Develop clear, practical activation plans and tools that allow successful programs to be replicated across multiple locations.
• Support tastings, program launches, events, and onsite activations.
• Travel between Great Performances locations throughout New York City as needed.
