Job summary

Preservica Ltd in Boston is seeking an experienced Field Marketing Manager to shape and drive experiential marketing across priority segments. You will design first impressions, build account-based programs, and own the end-to-end execution of flagship events and conferences.

You will partner with sales to target accounts, manage budgets, and iterate on programs using post-event analysis to accelerate pipeline. This build role requires travel and a passion for memorable, high-trust engagements.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years in field/experiential marketing or trade show execution in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
• Proven track record running account-based event programs that drive pipeline, not just attendance.
• Experience managing event budgets, vendor and venue contracts, and sponsorship negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Own the experiential and field marketing strategy across priority segments and create memorable experiences for prospects and customers.
• Plan and execute flagship conferences, industry events, and sponsorships from strategy through on-site and post-event analysis.
• Design and run account-based experiential programs, including executive dinners, roundtables, and hosted briefings with named target accounts.
