Job summary

Sallee Productions is seeking an intern to learn live event production from week one, working with producers and designers on real client projects. You’ll help source vendors, assemble run-of-show binders, and assist with client decks.

This role values initiative, organization, and strong communication. The internship runs December 22, 2026 with a minimum in-office presence; evenings and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Currently studying or recent graduate in event management, hospitality, marketing, communications or design.
• Able to work some evenings and weekends around event dates.

Responsibilities

• Support producers with vendor research, sourcing and getting quotes for rentals, fabrication, florals, catering and AV
• Build and update production documents: budgets, timelines, run-of-show binders and inventory lists
• Help put together client decks, moodboards and presentation materials
• Track and organize inventory, samples and shipments for upcoming activations
• Work on-site at events: setup, guest flow, vendor check-ins and load-out
• Take notes on internal and client calls and follow up on action items
• Research trends, venues and new experiential ideas to inspire upcoming pitches
