The person in this role will coordinate end-to-end event programs, manage timelines and budgets, and represent the brand on-site at gatherings, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in events, partnerships, or experiential marketing.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate events from start to finish: venues, vendors, permits, staffing, shipping, setup, and teardown.
• Manage timelines, budgets, guest lists, and partner communications.
• Work on site at events, including evenings, weekends, and travel.
