Job summary

Emota is seeking a Project Coordinator to support planning and delivery of innovative experiential and live event projects, reporting to a Producer. You will coordinate timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication to ensure smooth delivery across teams, suppliers, and clients.

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement aligned with our Philadelphia office. The ideal candidate has 1+ year in project coordination for live or virtual events, strong organization, and proficiency with PM

Qualifications

1+ years of experience in a project coordination role within live or virtual event production.
Experience using project management tools and the Microsoft 365 suite.
Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally.
Solutions-focused mindset and ability to solve problems in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Assist Producers in planning, executing and closing out Event Production projects.
Coordinate meetings, agendas, notes and action items.
Maintain project docs, timelines and status reports using enterprise tools like Smartsheet.
Partner with Creative, Logistics and Environments teams.
Track budgets, client POs and invoicing; support cost reporting.
