Job summary

Comcast Advertising is seeking an Events Coordinator to support planning, coordination, and execution of client experiences, marketing events, and promotional initiatives. You will partner with internal teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality event experiences and manage multiple priorities.

You will own smaller events from start to finish and lead workstreams, timelines, and budgets while communicating risks and status updates to Event Managers and cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of related work experience.
• Strong budgeting, coordination, and vendor management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate execution of client experiences, brand events and promotional programs with logistics and onsite support.
• Own smaller-scale events from planning through post-event reporting with guidance as needed.
• Lead defined workstreams including timelines, budgets, and vendor coordination.
• Serve as day-to-day contact for event programs, communicating risks and status updates.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Creative, Communications and other stakeholders to align messaging and assets.
