Job summary

TWO12 | GOLFTEC Events is seeking an Experiential Designer in Denver to bridge client presentation and fabrication execution. You will produce photorealistic SketchUp renderings and construction documents that guide the in-house fabrication team.

Advanced SketchUp is essential, with proficiency in layout, lighting, and materials. The role includes creating site/context visuals, collaborating with sales, and traveling during the active season with a focus on design and documentation for the

Qualifications

• Advanced SketchUp proficiency with LayOut for documentation.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint for client presentations.
• Experience with a rendering engine (V-Ray/Enscape) and lighting/materials.
• Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Portfolio demonstrating both presentation-quality rendering and construction documentation.
• Large-format print production experience is helpful but not required.
• Collaborative design review experience and willingness to revise for constructability.
• Available to travel during active season for installation oversight.

Responsibilities

• Model activations in SketchUp based on direction and venue docs.
• Produce photorealistic renderings for pitches and approvals.
• Develop site plans, aerial views, and guest sightlines.
• Deliver revisions within tight timelines during pitches.
• Assist Sales with PowerPoint presentation development.
• Create fabrication-ready drawings: plans/elevations/sections/details.
• Collaborate with fabrication leads on constructability and materials.
• Draft scaled site and venue layouts from surveys/CAD files.
• Maintain a library of components for reuse.
• Prepare print-ready large-format files and dielines.
