Job summary

BRDG Studios, LLC is seeking a Project Manager with a strong background in experiential, digital, or creative project delivery to lead complex projects from kickoff to final install.

The role requires the ability to command a room, steer timelines, and keep details aligned with the big picture while ensuring a thoughtful, client-minded approach. You will work cross-functionally with internal teams, clients, and vendors to bring ambitious creative projects to life on time and on budget.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience managing projects in creative, experiential, event, or production environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of project plans, timelines, scopes, and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects.
• Manage project budgets, track actuals vs projections, and proactively resolve overages or resource constraints.
• Oversee vendor sourcing, bidding, negotiation, and execution—ensuring materials, fabrication, and logistics stay on track.
• Develop and maintain detailed production schedules and ensure all milestones and deadlines are met or exceeded.
• Manage scope changes with clarity and confidence, setting expectations and communicating updates across all stakeholders.
• Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for clients—delivering a high-touch, customer-centric experience that prioritizes clarity and care.
