Creative Artists Agency in New York is seeking a seasoned Creative Director, Experiential to lead a talented team and shape big ideas across sport and entertainment partnerships. The role focuses on driving stand-out experiences, blending visual design and narrative across multiple channels.

You will guide creative direction, inspire teams, and present concepts confidently to clients and account teams, with an entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on involvement.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in the Experiential Creative space.
• 7+ years creative/experiential/advertising/design agency experience at Associate Creative Director or Creative Director level
• Management experience leading a creative team including writing/conducting performance reviews and delivering feedback
• Demonstrated conceptual thinking and applied design
• A design practitioner inspired by the visual world with portfolio across marketing channels
• A strategic thinker with creative counsel to account and production teams

Responsibilities

• Direct all aspects of experiential creative, collaborating with internal and client partners to understand objectives, insights and market research informing creative strategies.
• Manage a team of art directors, designers, and experiential specialists with a positive creative culture.
• Lead development of concepts into integrated activations and deliver assets and on-site installation.
• Partner with account and production teams to meet brand goals while honoring schedules and budgets.
• Craft and lead presentations that demonstrate strategic and conceptual thinking to excite and gain client buy-in.
