Job summary

JetFuel is seeking a Director of Client Services to lead and execute experiential marketing programs, including mobile tours, sampling campaigns, events, and retail activations. You will drive social content tactics with the JetFuel team and cultivate senior client relationships to deliver value across multiple accounts.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in experiential/event marketing.
• Proven ability to manage complex client programs and expectations.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead all facets of production elements and client deliverables, ensuring the end product meets client standards.
• Develop and manage projects and programs, including strategies, implementation plans, timelines and budgets.
• Maintain and grow existing accounts, establishing relationships with key client contacts and growing multi-level partnerships.
• Plan and manage large-scale events efficiently; guide media relations strategy and new business presentations.
