Marcus Hotels & Resorts is seeking an Experience Activity Coordinator for Grand Geneva Resort & Spa in Lake Geneva, WI. You will coordinate daily activities, welcome guests to experiences, and develop engaging events across the property.

Ideal candidates bring energy, creativity, and strong organizational skills to deliver personalized guest experiences while adapting to a dynamic resort schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Event planning, catering, or recreation experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and safety-minded decision making are essential.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily activities for resort guests.
• Welcome and introduce guests to experiences upon arrival.
• Create, develop, and implement on/off-site events.
• Promote and build excitement for scheduled events.
• Address and resolve guest complaints.
• Personalize experiences through guest profiling.
• Schedule activities, update materials, and adjust for changes.
• Complete special projects as assigned.

What will you be doing?

• Plan and execute daily activities for resort guests.
