Job summary

Shine of Tysons is hiring window cleaning and pressure washing associates. You’ll meet the team each morning, drive a Shine vehicle to customer locations, perform services, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Starting pay is $18-$22 per hour with tips and performance-based increases. Benefits include paid time off, flexible schedule, uniforms, training, and growth opportunities; no experience is required as training is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience with professional window cleaning and/or pressure washing.
• Enjoy working with people and delivering service.
• Reliable transportation to work.
• Able to lift and carry a ladder up to 75 pounds.

• Able to work outside in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Meet the team each morning to understand the day’s plan.
• Drive Shine vehicle to customer sites with a teammate and perform services.
• Call upcoming customers en route to the job.
• Meet customers before work to ensure expectations are met.
• Complete a post-job inspection and review work with the customer.
• Process customer payments using mobile payment tech.
• Return to Shine office to prepare vehicle for next day.

Job Summary

• Each morning, you’ll meet with the rest of the team to understand the day’s game plan.
• You’ll drive one of our Shine vehicles to various customers’ homes or businesses (typically with another Shine team member) and perform our services.
• You’ll call upcoming customers on your way to the job.
• You’ll meet customers before your crew begins its work to ensure we’re meeting expectations.
• You’ll complete a post-job inspection and meet with the customer to review the work to their satisfaction.
• You’ll accept and process the customer’s payment through our mobile payment technology.
• You’ll end your day back at the Shine office, ensuring your vehicle is clean and ready for the next day’s work.

Benefits/Perks

• Competitive pay and opportunity to make more. Starting base pay between $18-22 per hour with potential for performance-based increases and customer tips (pay may vary for 30-day probation period upon new hire).
