Qualifications

• Prior automotive parts counter experience required.
• Ford dealership parts experience strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with Ford parts catalog systems and dealer management software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Clear communicator who works well with technicians, advisors, and customers.
• Able to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to long-term employment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist wholesale customers in sourcing and fulfilling parts requests accurately and efficiently.
• Look up and identify parts using Ford catalog systems and dealer management software.
• Process parts orders, returns, and credits in a timely manner.
• Maintain proper inventory levels and assist with stocking, receiving, and bin organization.
• Communicate parts availability and estimated arrival times to the service team and customers.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with vendors and wholesale accounts.
• Follow dealership policies for parts invoicing, documentation, and recordkeeping.
• Support the parts department in meeting monthly sales and fill rate goals.
