Job summary

Beach Automotive is seeking a dependable Parts Counterperson to help customers identify and obtain the correct parts quickly and accurately. The role requires Ford parts experience, strong customer service, and accurate use of catalogs and parts systems.

Strong customer-service and communication skills.
Ability to identify automotive parts accurately and efficiently.
Organized and detail-oriented with good time-management.

Responsibilities

Assist retail and wholesale customers with parts identification and sales.
Accurately identify the correct parts using catalogs, electronic parts systems, and other resources.
Locate parts in inventory and process orders for parts not in stock.
Manage special-order parts and inform customers of status and availability.
Work with Parts Manager and other departments to fulfill customer and technician needs.
Maintain accurate parts inventory and assist with organization and tracking.
Process parts sales and keep records accurate.
