The ideal candidate has 3+ years of hands-on welding experience, proficiency in TIG, MIG, arc and oxy-fuel welding, and a strong commitment to safety. Mon-Fri schedule and paid time off are among the benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on welding/fabrication experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficiency in TIG, MIG, arc and oxy-fuel welding.
• Physical ability to handle heavy materials and machinery.

Responsibilities

• Read and apply information from work orders, specifications, blueprints, and other reports.
• Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment.
• Practice safety at all times.
• Collaborate effectively within the team.
• Test and inspect finished work to ensure quality.
• Keep workspace clean and safe per company policies.
