Job summary

Cruz Construction is seeking a Welder - Non-Union for the Palmer Shop. You will weld, repair, fabricate and maintain equipment used on construction projects. The role requires reading blueprints and following welding symbols with attention to safety.

Ideal candidates have GMAW/GTAW experience in aluminum and steel, plus at least five years of related work. Benefits include health insurance, 401k, life insurance, and PTO/holiday pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Five years of job related welding experience and strong maintenance knowledge.
• Valid state driver license required.

Responsibilities

• Weld, repair, adjust, service and maintain equipment and machinery.
• Read and follow blueprints, diagrams, and welding symbols.
• Operate welding tools and ensure quality standards.
• Schedule and perform routine maintenance on equipment.
• Maintain log book of repairs and parts.
