Reading blueprints, measuring, and operating fabrication equipment are essential to meet specifications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on welding experience, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of aluminum welding experience (MIG and/or TIG).
• Strong blueprint reading and measurement skills.
• Familiarity with fabrication tools and metalworking equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Welding certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG and/or TIG welding on aluminum components.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.
• Measure, cut, and fit aluminum parts to specification.
• Operate metal fabrication equipment such as shears, saws, grinders, and brakes.
• Perform quality checks to ensure welds meet strength and appearance standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Troubleshoot fabrication issues and ensure timely job completion.

Schedule: Monday- Friday 8 am - 5 pm (some Saturday's)
