• Work Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM.
• Communicate job progress to the owner and supervisor.
• Photo document all aspects of a loss.

Job description

We are currently looking for a responsible, experienced, water and fire damage lead technician.

The candidate is required to: -Work Mon-Friday 8-430 (Call offs highly discouraged) -Possible weekend and afterhours that may be mandatory -Have great customer service -Have their own tools -Communicate all job progress to the building owner and direct supervisor -Manage crew members efficiently -Sketch property -Write full mitigation estimate -Learn different techniques using coworkers knowledge -Be well organized -Photo document all aspects of a loss -Communicate with insurance agents and adjusters
