We're a family owned operation that is looking to add to our team of amazing individuals. Our goal is to provide our customers with a great restoration experience in a very hard time.

Responsibilities

• Must have driver's license
• Work Mon-Friday 8-4:30 (Call offs highly discouraged)
• Possible weekend and after hours that will be mandatory
• Have great customer service
• Have their own tools
• Communicate all job progress to the building owner and direct supervisor
• Manage crew members efficiently
• Sketch property
• Write full mitigation estimate
• Learn different techniques using coworkers knowledge
• Be well organized
• Have a calming presence in times of distress
• Photo document all aspects of a loss
• Communicate with insurance agents and adjusters
