Performance Food Group is seeking team members for a first shift warehouse picker role in Lebanon, TN. Start pay is $18.54 during training, with after-training hourly pay typically ranging from $22 to $30.

The position offers lucrative annual incentive potential and comprehensive Day 1 benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), stock purchase with a 15% discount. Shift is 9:00am to finish, 10–12 hour days, Sunday through Thursday, with weekends off.

Qualifications

• Ability to work scheduled shifts, including overtime.
• Stand, walk, reach, and lift repetitively during shift.
• Able to lift 10–35 lbs and up to 60–100 lbs depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Select cases and containers to fill customer orders from warehouse storage.
• Move pallets to loading dock and prepare for shipment.
• Operate pallet jack/forklift with safety checks and PPE as required.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards per location.
