Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and compassion.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to client questions.
  • Schedule and coordinate veterinary appointments.
  • Check clients and patients in and out efficiently.
  • Communicate important information between clients and the medical team.
  • Maintain accurate client and patient information.
  • Process payments and assist with client transactions.
  • Help clients understand hospital services, recommendations, and next steps.
  • Recognize potentially urgent concerns and communicate them appropriately to the medical team.

What Our Veterinary Receptionists Do


  • Welcome clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and compassion

  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to client questions

  • Schedule and coordinate veterinary appointments

  • Check clients and patients in and out efficiently

  • Communicate important information between clients and the medical team

  • Maintain accurate client and patient information
