• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and compassion.
• Answer incoming calls and respond to client questions.
• Schedule appointments and help manage the hospital calendar.
• Check clients and patients in and out.
• Process payments and maintain accurate financial information.
• Update client and patient records.
• Communicate hospital policies, services, and appointment information clearly.
• Help coordinate communication between clients and the medical team.
• Assist veterinarians and veterinary technicians during examinations and treatments.
• Safely handle and restrain patients.
• Prepare exam rooms, patients, and equipment for appointments.
• Obtain patient histories and document relevant information.
• Assist with treatments and diagnostic procedures as directed.
• Support pharmacy duties and medication preparation.
• Provide clients with medication and follow‑up instructions.
• Maintain accurate and complete medical records.
• Clean, organize, and restock exam rooms, treatment areas, and reception spaces.
• Help maintain an efficient daily workflow.
