Job summary

Brief Media, Inc. is seeking an Experienced Veterinary Receptionist in Belton, TX to provide friendly client care, schedule appointments, and handle payments. You will gather medical history, manage phone calls, and coordinate with veterinarians and staff to ensure smooth patient flow.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of veterinary medicine experience, a high school diploma, weekend availability, and the ability to lift 30–50 pounds as needed. This is a full-time on-site role.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, quality customer care to patients and clients
• Process invoices payments
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and obtain all necessary medical history
• Determine the status of the patient's immunizations and tests
• Communicate with the doctor and technical staff on the patient's arrival and necessary treatments
• Fill prescriptions, food requests, and over-the-counter products as instructed by a veterinarian
• Accurately input data into computer software
