We’re seeking a highly organized and experienced Veterinary Front Office Manager to lead our client experience and daily front office operations. In this role, you’ll ensure a welcoming environment for clients and seamless coordination with our medical team. Veterinary clinic experience and proven front-office leadership are essential.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of veterinary front office management experience
  • Strong knowledge of clinic operations and patient flow
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with veterinary software (PetDesk experience highly preferred)
  • High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Genuine passion for animal care and excellent client service
  • Bonus: Enthusiasm for exotic pets—especially rabbits—is a plus!
Key Responsibilities
Daily Operations & Patient Flow
  • Manage front office workflow, staff schedules, and opening/closing procedures
  • Coordinate appointments and check-ins/outs for efficient patient flow
  • Ensure policy compliance and accurate recordkeeping
  • Partner with Back-End Manager to streamline front-to-back operations
Client Experience
  • Lead with a client-first mindset to create a warm, professional atmosphere
  • Resolve client concerns with empathy and efficiency
  • Collect and act on client feedback to improve service
Team Leadership
  • Supervise, mentor, and support front office staff
  • Collaborate with leadership on practice growth and integration initiatives
Technology & Financial Oversight
  • Utilize practice management software to optimize operations
  • Recommend tools that enhance client communication and efficiency
  • Oversee daily transactions, invoicing, and reconciliation
  • Assist with budgeting and inventory management
