What You’ll Do

• Assist our three doctors and the medical team with patient care, including safe handling and restraint (and yes, the occasional cat rodeo)
• Provide warm, clear communication that helps clients feel informed and confident in their pet’s care
• Keep the day running smoothly with strong time management and organization
• Cross-train across roles and share what you know to help teammates grow
• Contribute to a positive, supportive, team-first environment
• Responsibilities may vary based on hospital needs as well as your experience, training, certifications, credentials, and assigned responsibilities.
