Pittsburgh Spay and Vaccination Clinic is seeking an experienced veterinarian with strong surgical skills to join our team in Pittsburgh, PA. You will perform spay and neuter procedures and other surgical services, while ensuring safe, compassionate patient care throughout all stages of surgery.

Qualificações

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) from an accredited university.
• Active Pennsylvania veterinary license, or eligibility to obtain one.
• Several years of clinical experience with strong surgical skills and experience in spay/neuter procedures.

• Perform spay and neuter procedures and related surgical services.
• Provide safe, efficient, and compassionate patient care before, during, and after surgery.
• Assess patients for surgical suitability and make sound clinical decisions.
• Collaborate with the veterinary team to maintain anesthesia, pain management, and monitoring.
• Communicate clearly with clients and team members about care and recommendations.
• Help maintain efficient workflows while prioritizing patient safety and quality medicine.

What We’re Looking For

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or equivalent) from an accredited university.

• Active Pennsylvania veterinary license, or eligibility to obtain one.

• Several years of clinical experience, with strong surgical skills and confidence performing spay and neuter procedures.

• A commitment to patient safety, compassionate care, and sound clinical judgment.

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with the veterinary team.
