Job summary

The Learning Experience #153 is seeking an Experienced Twos Teacher to join our team in Florida. You will create an engaging, nurturing classroom for preschool children and implement our LEAP Curriculum while collaborating with families and center leadership.

You will communicate children’s progress to parents, participate in ongoing training, and contribute to enrollment and engagement goals to ensure center success.

Qualifications

• One year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience (required)
• Associate degree or higher in ECE or related field (preferred) or High school diploma/GED (required)
• Must have passion for educating preschool children and ability to support development across learning domains

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for young children to learn, play and grow
• Use a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning
• Implement the LEAP Curriculum®, working with Infants, Toddlers, or Preschool children
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn
• Communicate regularly with parents about children’s progress through apps and discussions
• Partner with staff to achieve enrollment and engagement goals for the center
• Build relationships with families and coworkers to create a dynamic learning environment

As a Twos Teacher, you will:
