Job summary

The Learning Experience in Missouri seeks a passionate, dedicated Experienced 2's Teacher to join our team, preferably with potty training experience. You will create a positive and engaging learning environment for preschool children, helping them learn, play, grow, and thrive with tools that support academic and emotional development.

Qualifications

• One year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience (required).
• Associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred) or High school diploma/GED (required).
• A genuine passion for the education and care of children.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for young children to learn, play and grow.
• Use a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning.
• Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, working with Infants, Toddlers, or Preschool children in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their children’s latest adventures and achievements through various avenues, including mobile apps and personal discussions.
• Partner with the daycare center staff and leadership to achieve enrollment and engagement goals to support your center's success.
• Build relationships with families and coworkers and create a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.
