Ace Precision Inc. is seeking a skilled TIG welder to join our precision fabrication team in Wisconsin. You will weld stainless steel, aluminum, nickel and cobalt alloys with GTAW while reading drawings and process sheets to ensure high-quality results.

Our shop emphasizes craftsmanship, teamwork, and safety. You will work on varied components, use fixtures and positioners, and contribute to a culture of excellence and reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with at least 2 years of TIG welding experience.
• Ability to weld on qualification materials during the interview process.
• Solid understanding of weld symbols and fabrication fundamentals.
• Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Precision TIG welding of stainless steel, aluminum, nickel and cobalt alloys from 0.020" to 0.064" thick.
• Fit, assemble and weld complex components using fixtures and weld positioners.
• Read and interpret sketches, routings, process control sheets and weld symbols.
• Visually inspect weldments and report defects per the quality system.
• Collaborate with team to build quality products you can be proud of.
