The ideal candidate has 8+ years of forensic engineering or accident reconstruction, a PE license, ACTAR preferred, and proven expert witness experience. What You’ll Do

As a Senior Testifying Expert, you will lead complex investigations, provide deposition and trial testimony, and play a key role in mentoring staff and business development. This position is ideal for a seasoned professional with courtroom experience and a passion for forensic engineering.

• Serve as lead expert on accident reconstruction cases
• Conduct and oversee complex analyses and simulations
• Provide deposition and trial testimony

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years of forensic engineering or accident reconstruction experience
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) required
• ACTAR certification strongly preferred
• Proven expert witness experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills

Starting salary range for this position is $120,000 to $300,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
