Job summary

Explico, an employee‑owned forensic engineering firm in Denver, seeks a Senior Testifying Expert to lead complex investigations and provide deposition and trial testimony. You will mentor staff and help develop business opportunities, bringing courtroom experience and a passion for objective analysis to high‑stakes cases.

You will oversee accident reconstruction analyses, manage client relationships, and guide junior engineers to deliver rigorous, high‑quality work on nationally visible matters.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of forensic engineering or accident reconstruction experience.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) required.
• ACTAR certification strongly preferred.
• Proven expert witness experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

What You’ll Do

As a Senior Testifying Expert, you will lead complex investigations, provide deposition and trial testimony, and play a key role in mentoring staff and business development. This position is ideal for a seasoned professional with courtroom experience and a passion for forensic engineering.

What We’re Looking For

Starting salary range for this position is $120,000 to $300,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
