Job summary

The Boeing Company in Edwards AFB, California is seeking an Experienced Test and Evaluation Engineer to join the Boeing Test and Evaluation (BT&E) team. This role focuses on flight test planning, execution, and data analysis to support both Boeing programs and U.S.

Air Force testing efforts. You will coordinate test activities, develop instrumentation requirements, review test plans, and provide engineering support across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-aircraft support during ground and flight tests
• Participate in daily and weekly test status meetings, providing technical updates and insights
• Assist in resource planning to ensure adequate support for test activities
• Develop and review test plans and procedures to support test execution
• Develop project instrumentation requirements
• Support technical and safety review boards to assess and mitigate risks
• Organize and facilitate working group meetings to align stakeholders
• Track test progress and data using project management tools
• Provide engineering support, including data analysis and historical reference retrieval
• Participate in pre- and post-flight briefings, ensuring proper documentation and coordination
