All Native Group in Washington, DC offers an entry-level Cable Installer role within a dynamic team. You will assist experienced crew members in installing and testing copper cabling and related infrastructure, using hand and power tools, and following safety guidelines.
You will learn to read drawings and support scheduling to improve crew efficiency. Ideal candidates possess a high school diploma or equivalent, basic mechanical aptitude, and the willingness to learn.
All Native Group is seeking a Cable installer- Entry level to work as part of a crew performing various tasks such as pulling, terminating, and testing copper, installing cable and various other types of cable support hardware. Working knowledge in the use of hand tools, including various punch tools, test equipment, and various power tools such as hammer drills and saws. This position requires a technical or mechanical aptitude and/or experience and a capacity to learn through on-the-job instructions.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
This is a full-time position. Typical days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4p.m. Evening and weekend hours required, as required by business need.
Travel is primarily local during the business day, although about 10% out of the area travel and overnight may be expected.
Must possess or be able to obtain/maintain a SECRET security clearance
